Our Commitment to Your Safety

Perry’s is committed to a safe and healthy environment for both our valued clients and our amazing staff. While we are not back to business as usual, we are back to business and are pleased to share some of the things we are doing to keep you safe.

Here are some important changes you should know about prior to joining us in store.  

Appointments and Social Distancing

We strongly suggest that you make an appointment prior to visiting so that we can make sure to safely accommodate you. Governor Cooper has set strict guidelines as to the number of people we may safely have in the showroom at one time. We will gladly accommodate walk-ins as space permits.

You’ll notice that we have added social distancing markers along the floor in our showroom. Our associates will be practicing social distancing inside the showroom and will remind our clients to also practice social distancing while in the showroom.

Cleaning and Sanitation

During our downtime, our staff systematically cleans and sanitizes every frequent touch point, showcase, and entryway. As new jewelry comes out to the showroom, it is cleaned and sanitized prior to being displayed. Our glass cases are regularly cleaned throughout the day and in between appointments.

When trying on jewelry, we will ask you to please sanitize your hands with sanitizer we provide. Prior to placing jewelry back into the case, we will clean and sanitize the jewelry again.

IDs, Masks and Sneeze Guards

All clients entering the showroom will be asked to provide an ID that will be scanned into our system prior to entering our showroom, as we were already required to do by our insurance company prior to COVID-19. We are requiring masks in our showroom at this time. All of our associates will be wearing masks, and will use gloves as necessary when handling jewelry for evaluating, repair take-in and custom design.  Masks are available to clients as we have them available and will be offered upon your arrival.

We also have portable sneeze guards that can be used throughout our showroom and in our buying offices for an extra layer of protection. Just ask your associate if you prefer to use the sneeze guard when you come in for your appointment.

Curbside Delivery Service

We are also offering curbside delivery services for pick-ups of repairs and appraisals, and for purchases made on our website, social media pages, or virtual appointments.  Just call us to arrange for your curbside pick-up!

No Contact Payment Options

Perry’s is also proud to offer contactless payment options including pay-by-text or pay-by-email. We also accept Apple Pay in store. Call us to find out how to take advantage of these new payment options.
