Shipping Details

Perry’s offers free USPS domestic shipping for online orders up to $5,000. This includes insurance to cover the potential loss/theft of your item. 


For orders over $5,000, we offer free fully insured shipping via FedEx or UPS. Please note that we can only ship to the billing address listed on the credit card used for the order. We can also only deliver to a street address, not a P.O. box. FedEx and UPS require an adult signature for all deliveries from Perry’s. This requirement is for your protection. Please do your best to ensure that the recipient of the delivery will be at home to receive the package


Perry’s offers expedited shipping as well as FedEx shipping with Saturday delivery for an additional charge. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas.


We do not offer international shipping.


Your order delivery method is determined according to the total value of your order before tax. Your shipping method will be listed on your order checkout page.

Item Holds

Transactions over $2500 or transactions including name brand merchandise (ie. Rolex, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co.) are subject to up to a 10 day hold at the discretion of Perry’s. Any purchase that does not meet our security guidelines will be refunded at Perry's discretion as soon as is reasonably possible. 

When Are Packages Shipped?

Orders placed Monday - Thursday by 5pm will ship within 36 hours. If an order is placed Thursday after 5pm through Sunday, your order will be shipped on the following non-holiday Monday. If you have any special shipping requests or questions regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to email us.


We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible- ideally, on the day the item is purchased. There are a number of circumstances (including late-in-the-day purchase, request for sizing, etc.) that will necessitate a later shipping date.


Delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to carrier delays beyond our control. Online orders in December are not always guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas.

Return policy for in-store purchases

Any in-stock merchandise in its original unworn condition can be returned within 10 business days of the purchase date for a full refund.


Returns after 10 business days will receive store credit. Special orders, custom work or altered merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance items are sold as-is.


Gemstone and diamond returns/exchanges are handled on a case by case basis by upper management. Certain promotions/offers not described herein may have stipulations that supersede our standard return and exchange policy. 

Return policy for internet sales

We offer a full refund or an exchange on any item returned to us in its original, unaltered condition within 10 days of the day you receive the package. We also offer an exchange for store credit within 30 days after purchase. All sales are final after 30 days. Any item that has been unset, reset, or in any other way altered by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange. Any shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. The customer must pay all return shipping and insurance costs.

Return policy for layaways

Layaways require a 20% down payment, refundable within 30 business days. Layaways are subject to the agreement set forth at the date of purchase. Regular payments are required at least every 30 days with payment to be made in full within 5 months of the initial down payment. Failure to abide by the agreed upon terms may result in a cancellation of the layaway. In which case, the items will be returned to stock, subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice, with the remaining balance as a store credit.
