Antique Art Deco platinum brooch centering a floating, bezel set Old European cut diamond with an elaborate piercework frame accented with an array of Old European cut diamonds, with a dramatic blue border comprised of calibre cut sapphires. The diamonds in the brooch have a total weight of 1.90 ct with HJ color and VS1-VS2 clarity. The sapphires have a total weight of 0.72 ct. The brooch measures 1-1/2" x 7/8". Circa 1920s.
